Barre District was created because a district is a neighborhood or community and we connect with people in our community to make the barre workout the way we change our bodies, minds and to live a healthier lifestyle through strength, flexibility and relationships with one another.
All of our Barre District Lifestyle studios are community-based and designed to support and promote other small businesses. We seek to create valuable relationships amongst one another and partner with other companies that work to improve the lives of others. Our goal is to provide a space for people to come together to do good, feel good and create better lifestyle habits.

Our Barre class is a hybrid of ballet, yoga, and pilates. We utilize a ballet bar throughout the workout for balance and flexibility. No dance experience required and we modify all our moves to accommodate everyBODY.
This 30 minute lower body sculpting workout is designed to reduce your hips, slim your thighs, and lift your booty. Class consists of 4 segments targeting all the muscles in the lower body and ends with an intense focus on the core.
BarreFight is a barre and cardio conditioning inspired tabata workout. Starting with an intense heat up then moving to full body tabata sets and ending with a full body stretch.
