We use the booking platform called Momence. It provides simple booking, communication and an intuitive platform. We Hope you find the platform to be user friendly and convenient!

Here are some FAQ’s to help… 

How do I access Momence?
Create a profile and password Momence. All you need to do is create a profile and password to start booking.

How do I get started with registering for classes and purchasing new class packs or memberships?
Classes can be booked via our website or through the Momence App. 

I heard Momence has a really great app. How do I use the Momence App to book classes and view my account data?

How does billing work on my account?

Momence uses Stripe to process all payments and ACH is now the preferred payment method of the studio. Transitioning to ACH has many benefits for you as a member as well as our small business. In addition to it being safer, adding ACH is a one-time action, no need to update expiration dates or card info, ensuring no missed or late payments and lag in membership. 

ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a direct debit payment method. Merchants use it to withdraw the cost of the good/service from the customer’s bank directly, while still utilizing the same security measures to protect your personal information. Stripe will still process ACH payments, but the fee to do it is much lower than when using a credit card.

If using a credit card is still your preferred method of payment, you may continue to use it.

Please know that your information will remain as secure as before – Stripe uses the same security measures for both ACH and credit card storage.

 So, here’s what you do in three easy steps:

  1. Create a profile and password. Log into your Momence account. Click your name on the top right, and then click My Account.

  2. Click on Save ACH Direct Debit and then click Save. A window pops up with info about how Momence uses Stripe to process payments; click Agree.

  3. Another window pops up. Select your bank. If you don’t see yours, type the name of your bank in the search bar. Put in your bank credentials – the sign-in you use to bank online and press Continue. You might be asked to answer some security questions you originally set up with your online banking. After that, click Link, which then links your bank account with Momence. That’s it! All done.
